Data we process

Benasque Explorer does not request personal data to browse the site or to use the Guía Yako assistant. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.

Guía Yako assistant

Your conversation with Guía Yako is stored only in your own browser (local device storage) so you can continue it if you reload the page. We do not store it on any of our servers and you can delete it at any time with the reset or close button on the chat.

To generate responses, the text of your messages is sent to an artificial intelligence provider that processes it at that moment. We recommend not writing personal or sensitive information in the chat.

Responsible use

We apply usage and message-length limits to prevent abuse of the service. The assistant's replies are indicative only and do not replace mountain guides, emergency services, official cartography or official weather sources. In an emergency, call 112.

External links

The site links to official sources (AEMET, Government of Aragón, mountain huts, transport). Data processing on those sites is governed by their own privacy policies.
